La figura ricercata
The International Sales Project Manager will:
- Secure country Dealer B2B sales/economics performance through the definition and implementation of HQ localized action plans.
- Co-operate with local teams to optimize models' role by country.
- Establish an effective governance process to ensure an efficient link b/ween markets' head offices and HQ in to provide a clear status vs objectives and to promptly develop countermeasures.
- Ensure local co-operation of key depts for objectives and for fast deployment of strategic plans localization.
Il candidato prescelto
The ideal International Sales Project Manager will have to meet the following requirements:
- Market data, trends and economics analytical skills
- Previous experience in non-private services (Corporate Sales,B2B)
- Knowledge of automotive sector desired but not essential
- International experience and mind settings
- Prepared to travel when required
- Advanced computer literacy and ability to manage diverse operational systems
- Excellent English knowledge, other languages highly appreciated. Knowledge of Italian language preferred
- Ability to manage complex situations in a competitive environment and to meet multiple deadlines
