Ruolo

  • develop, grow, and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients, with a focus on growth (e.g., increasing amount or type of coverage, and/or products and services, for existing accounts) and retention.
  • manage a portfolio of clients, including some large, complex and/or multinational clients specialised in Construction and Power industries;
  • offer technical advice and make informed recommendations leveraging product expertise, delivering comprehensive reviews of account needs and risks from a managing and financing standpoint;
  • interface closely with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business production;
  • implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service, negotiating with relevant insurance carriers to define the best solutions to meet clients' needs;
  • develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use;
  • attend and participate frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader;
  • maintain and preserve relationships and ensure overall service needs are met, addressing escalated issues and miscellaneous concerns to remain in positive standing and preserve credibility.

Il candidato prescelto

  • master degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar;
  • previous experience (3/5 years) in a similar role, in Insurance Brokerage companies, Energy/Power/Construction Companies or Consulting Companies;
  • fluent in written and spoken English.
