Ruolo
Working within an international environmente and with UX/UI experts, you will be active in the requirements gathering, analysis and development with the following responsibilities:
- Backlog management
- Business requirements analysis together with software development team
- User stories writing and review
- Planning and managing Scrum ceremonies
- Monitoring the progress of activities and reporting
Il candidato prescelto
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience with exposure to digital, web, mobile projects
- Previous experience as Business Analyst, preferably accrued in companies that build and implement web solutions and apps for the banking and the financial world
- Practice with functional specifications creation and with tests
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- University degree in Applied Economics or Informatics
Nice to have
- Knowledge of tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence is considered a plus
- Knowledge of banking business, in particular wealth or asset management is preferable
