Salva Back to Search Offerta Riepilogo Opportunità di carriera Pubblicato il 22/05/2025Important Multinational Retail CompanyGreat professional opportunity in dynamic environmentAziendaImportant multinational retail company based in Milan.OffertaAs part of the HR Team, you will handle the following missions:Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee the execution of a plan using talent management tools and resources. Facilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required;Translate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term HR initiatives in support;Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company;Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and set the proper strategy;Monitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas);Lead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores, and the HR Department;Supervise the respect of the existing policies and coordinate with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required;Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies.
