Within the Italian Marketing team, you will be working on introducing new devices to users in Italy including the product Go To Marketing strategy and execution, coordination of our offline, online and retail activities, training planning and execution, building successful partnerships for launching and promoting devices, as well as driving the device category's growth through targeted marketing.
- Actively involved in defining the marketing strategy planning and execution for new and existing products in Italy.
- Execute activities driving awareness, desire and usage including product launches, seasonal promotions, PR events, in-store events, custom in-store placements.
- Analize activities performances to identify and maximize the ROI
- Create local communication and training materials for new launches and promotions
- Work very closely with local x-fct (Partnerships, Business Development, Retail Ops) and EMEA counterparts
- Understand market dynamics and user reactions to our products, and inform the larger product and marketing strategies
- Perform regular market scenario analysis to identify the key trends to inform the marketing strategy consequently
Il candidato prescelto
- BA or BS Degree
- 1+ years of consumer, retail / brand marketing
- Italian and English Fluent
- Expertise in launching new products on the market, designing the whole GTM plan, from market and consumer data analysis, to communication plans setup and retail activities definition
- Expert in managing agency partners and developing best in class creative
- Excellent relationship building capabilities with external partners, clients and cross functional teams
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in Italian and in English
- Comfortable presenting to audiences of senior decision makers.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management within the company and with external partners.
- Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context.
