Leasing Specialist - Retail Real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Merchandising Mix Preparation: Collaborate closely with the selected Leasing Agent to establish the Merchandising Mix. Ensure that the mix is tailored to meet market demand, the brand's vision, and business goals.
• Negotiation of Lease Terms: Take a leading role in negotiating lease terms with key anchor tenants. This includes discussing key commercial terms, lease duration, rent structure, and incentives, ensuring that the agreements align with both tenant needs and company objectives.
• Leasing Process Oversight: Oversee and manage the performance of the selected Leasing Agent throughout the leasing process. Ensure that the leasing activities are progressing according to the established business plan and objectives, with continuous tracking and reporting.
• Lease Documentation Management: Supervise the legal team to ensure that the lease documentation is properly prepared, reviewed, and signed. Ensure that all documents are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and aligned with the business strategy.
• Coordination with Technical Team: Work closely with the technical team to define and review the Delivery Specifications of leased spaces. Ensure that these specifications meet tenant requirements and adhere to overall project timelines and standards.
• Lease Approval Process: Implement a structured approach for the approval and signing of lease documentation.
• Project Delivery and Unit Opening: Oversee the coordination between the technical and legal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of leased spaces. Monitor the status of each unit, ensuring that all requirements are met and the opening proceeds as planned. Manage the handover process to ensure tenant satisfaction and timely occupancy.
