We are looking for an Office Manager part time 20hours who will join a team of international designers and developers in Milan.


The candidate will follow the Founder's agenda managing the day-to-day running of the Studio, including projects in Design, Architecture and Technology.

Main tasks:

- Diary management and coordination, travel booking and coordination

- Email drafting on behalf of the director

- Preparing and researching materials for client meetings

- Assist the Creative Director in weekly tasks

- Press office duties

- Supportin to prepare the monthly accounting (bank statement, petty cash, foreign petty cash, cheques, invoices, credit card statement) for the bookkeeper / accountant

- Registering and sending project / royalties invoices to clients

- Preparing POs and dealing with suppliers

- Maintaining digital records of project expenses

- Contract Drafting

- Communications and inquiries

- Booking couriers, taxis, taking care of deliveries, etc.

- Managing supplies and reorders (stationery, equipment, checking stocks, etc)

- Arranging maintenance when necessary, managing smooth running of studio, tidiness, IT coordination with consultants.

Il candidato prescelto

Due to the international environment, the ideal candidate is Fluent in English.

She/he has achieved an educational qualification in accounting or economy and a previous experience as Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.

Positive and multitasking approach, good relational standing, proactive communication to clients and colleagues and focus on deadlines are the main soft skills required.

Offer: temporary contract by Page Personnel for 3/6 month finalized to the following permanent contract by the Company.

RAL: 34.000-38.000 € to be proportionated to working part time.

Working hours: from Monday to Friday (09.00 -13.00/13.30).

Location: Milan city centre.
