Multi‑asset clearing house and post‑trade services, supporting the secure and efficient functioning of cash markets, financial derivatives and commodity derivatives.

Offerta

  • Lead and coordinate the identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of operational and IT risks, including cyber security, IT resilience, business continuity, third‑party risk and data management.
  • Develop, maintain and monitor Key Risk Indicators, promoting risk awareness across the company.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework, aligning it with internal policies, regulatory requirements (including DORA) and industry practices.
  • Provide specialist guidance on risk policies, methodologies and internal control requirements to business and functional teams.
  • Coordinate scenario analyses and contribute to Recovery and Resolution Plans, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver concise and insightful risk reports to Senior Management, Risk Committees and the Board.
  • Analyse incidents and emerging risks, propose mitigation actions and support follow‑up activities.
  • Draft operational risk assessments for strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
  • Serve as a primary contact for regulators, resolution authorities and internal/external auditors, ensuring timely and structured engagement.
  • Promote risk awareness throughout the organisation and contribute to the development of junior team members.



Competenze ed esperienza

  • Master's degree in computer science, cyber security, engineering, information technology, economics, finance or a closely related discipline.
  • 5-6 years of experience in financial services or technology sectors (e.g. banking, regulatory authorities, consulting or audit), ideally with exposure to clearing or post‑trade environments.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, information security and business continuity frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA).
  • Broad transversal understanding of end‑to‑end business, operational and IT processes.
  • Experience in project coordination and interaction with regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate cross‑functional impacts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of addressing risk topics clearly and effectively.
  • High attention to detail, precision and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
