Sales Representative - Telemedicina
Great growth opportunity
Our client is a fast growing business at the edge of IT and medicine. They provide remote reporting of cardiological exams to various healthcare facilities like clinics, hospitals and pharmacies in Italy using in-house developed medical devices, web-based platform and highly qualified doctors.
The Sales representative will be responsible for prospecting and contracting new customers as well
as developing existing ones.
The scope includes, but is not limited to:
*executing sales activity in line with Company's sales objectives and policy-identify leads, execute
meetings with clients, understand the customer needs, draft proposals, negotiate contract terms and close deals
*managing the budget within personal area of responsibility
*meeting assigned sales quota and assigned KPI's
*segmenting potential clients' database and generating target lists
*approaching the existing customers for cross-selling perspectives, promoting synergies with other
*executing marketing campaigns according to corporate strategy
*managing market competition, developing competitive proposals to the client
*managing potential client's objections with close collaboration with technical and medical
*building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within corresponding are of responsibility
*maintaining existing customers through understanding the customer performance and needs, product
utilization metrics, supporting the customer with product-related challenges, acting as a liaisonbetween the customer and other departments of the Company
*managing the sales reporting, forecasting and CRM data accuracy.
Requisiti e competenze
*Medical / Biomedical degree is a plus;
*3+years' experiencein direct sales of medical equipment (cardiological is a plus) or in distribution
of medical equipment, ability to sell service with the equipment
*Hospital / clinics sales experience
*Knowledge of the healthcare market;
*Ability and willingness to learn about new products and services in other medical domains;
*Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, ability to build win-win partnerships at all levels of the
customer's organization, including top executives;
*Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer needs with respect to the
service line business goals;
*Ability to rapidly advance opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle. Effectively handle
customer objections. Accelerate negotiations. Close deals in a timely manner;
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail;
*Critical thinking and problem solving skills;
*Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage deadlines; understanding of project management
*Experience in working with CRM systems
*Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
