Offerta

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with managers throughout sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and hiring phases;
  • Support HR administration processes and labor law-related matters in coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders;
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support the company's positioning as an attractive and people-oriented employer;
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a structured and engaging employee experience for new hires;
  • Support talent development and performance management processes, contributing to employees' growth and career development initiatives;
  • Participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and international HR projects aligned with Group guidelines;
  • Actively contribute to employee engagement and internal communication initiatives, including cross-functional and international projects;
  • Collaborate with international colleagues on multicultural activities and projects involving different Countries and business functions;
  • Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives, promoting an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.



Competenze ed esperienza

  • Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or related fields;
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles;
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Exposure to employee engagement, internal communication, and employer branding initiatives;
  • Interest in people development, organizational culture, and HR projects within international environments;
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or above);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with different stakeholders across the organization;
  • Proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to thrive in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
